About this winery

Production notes
In order to preserve a maximum of flavors and an adequate balance of acidity and sugar, the grapes are destemmed and lightly pressed as soon as they are picked. We then move to fermentation with yeast selected at a controlled temperature to highlight the complexity of the flavors. When the fermentation is complete, a portion of the wine continues the maceration to intensify the richness and soften the tannins. The wine ages in French and American oak barrels to add richness and a grilled side to the finish.
Tasting notes
Our Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cherry, berries, cedar, brown sugar and toasted notes. Flavors of berries, chocolate toasted marshmallows and graham cracker, on a toasted caramel finish. This medium-bodied wine will be delicious with grilled meats and pasta dishes in tomato sauce.
