Production notes

This single vineyard Chardonnay comes from our popular Montague vineyards in the Four Mile Creek sub-appellation of Niagara. Immediately after arriving at the winery the grapes were processed and the juice was allowed to cold settle before racking to New and Older French barrels for fermentation and aging.

This single vineyard Chardonnay boast aromatics of pears, melon and spice with hints of toasty oak. Full bodied yet very approachable.
