About this winery
In 1989 Donald Triggs and Allan Jackson, along with a group of investors, acquired Cartier wines from John Labatt Limited. They then changed the name of the company to Vincor. In 1993, the duo began producing Jackson-Triggs wine, only from two grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. Today Jackson-Triggs cultivates many different varietals and produces VQA wines and ICB wines. This is the most awarded Canadian brand.

Production notes
The grapes for this interesting blend were harvested at night in the cool air, and vinified separetly with the Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier fermenting in stainless steel tanks. The Chardonnay was fermented in oak barrels and aged for 6 months prior to creating the final blend which is comprised of an even 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Sauvignon Blanc and 1/3 Viognier.
Tasting notes
This wine boasts layers of fruit aromas and flavours derived from its unique triple varietal blend. Rich and sweet baked apples, bright and lively citrus fruits and crisp, clean notes of fresh cut grass. This wine is rich in texture with solid structure and a lengthy, flavourful finish.
