Production notes
Oublié is Booker’s tried-and-true GSM, landing this time with a tiny contribution of Tannat. The 2021 vintage is loaded with aromas of boysenberr y, cherr y, caramel and toasty oak. The palate is coated with luscious berr y avors and soft, rich textures, concluding with rm structure on the nish. Oublié is one of our lightest blends by design, aiming to mimic a Châteauneuf-du-Pape and pair well with all types of food.
