About this winery
It was Marlborough that broke the Kim Crawford virtual spell for the new millennium when the founders rented a state of the art winery and purchased vineyards in Marlborough’s cool Waihopai Valley in 2000. Why Marlborough? - “No other region in the world can match Marlborough, the northeastern corner of New Zealand’s South Island, which seems to be the best place in the world to grow Sauvignon Blanc grapes.” - George M. Taber, noted American wine

Product notes
Perfect as an aperitif, a summer wine par excellence, this refreshing rosé goes well with salads and other light dishes.
Production notes
The grapes were harvested, destemmed and immediately directly pressed. Even if the juice was only briefly in contact with the skins, the color is radiant. The clarified juice was fermented at low temperature with selected yeasts to preserve the varietal character.
Tasting notes
A beautiful pale rosé, A very engaging nose, overflowing with aromas of tropical fruits and small red fruits. Silky and succulent, this refreshing rosé is distinguished by its richly fruity flavours marked by watermelon, strawberry and melon.
