About this winery
It was Marlborough that broke the Kim Crawford virtual spell for the new millennium when the founders rented a state of the art winery and purchased vineyards in Marlborough’s cool Waihopai Valley in 2000. Why Marlborough? - “No other region in the world can match Marlborough, the northeastern corner of New Zealand’s South Island, which seems to be the best place in the world to grow Sauvignon Blanc grapes.” - George M. Taber, noted American wine

Product notes
Ideal for aperitifs or with antipasto, fresh seafood or Asian cuisine.
Production notes
After picking, the grapes are crushed and pressed gently and quickly to avoid long contact with the skins. The clarified juice is then placed for cold fermentation to blend the intensity of the flavours. No contact with the wood. We select yeast specifically to enhance the fruit and preserve its fresh acidity.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour. Lovely aromatic bouquet of pear and apple on floral notes and a touch of clover. Beautiful and rich texture in the mouth, nice balance with a fruity touch and a lively finish.
