About this winery

Production notes
We gently crushed the harvested grapes and fermented the must (juice and skins) with a selected yeast strain in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The grapes were pressed at 0–5 degrees Brix (sugar reading) for brighter fruit character, depending on the vineyard’s personality. The wine underwent both primary and malolactic fermentation in the tanks. We aged with French oak from a variety of coopers, adding an array of sweet oak spiciness and more complex flavor.
Tasting notes
Our Merlot displays rich aromas of raspberry, red fruit jam, mocha, and molasses with enticing flavors of cherry cola, red berry, and vanilla oak. This medium-bodied wine possesses well-balanced acidity and beautifully integrated tannins, creating complexity and structure. Its soft, versatile style complements grilled meats, especially steak, pork chops, and hamburgers. Also enjoy this juicy wine with hearty pasta with Bolognese sauce.
